• Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront to begin production.

3. Design Proof (if applicable)

• For fully custom designs, we’ll create a digital proof for you to review.
• Once approved, we’ll start crafting your item. Changes cannot be made after approval.

4. Production Time

• Production times vary depending on the complexity of your order. Most custom orders take 2–3 weeks to complete.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—just ask us!

5. Order Completion & Balance Payment

• Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you. The remaining balance must be paid before your item is shipped or available for pickup.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We carefully package your custom item to ensure it arrives safely.
• Shipping times vary based on location, but we’ll provide tracking information once your order is on its way.
