Tumbler Care

To keep your tumbler looking its best and ensure it lasts a long time, follow these simple care tips:  

1. Hand Wash Only: Avoid the dishwasher. Hand wash your tumbler with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. Dishwashers may damage the design and insulation.  

2. Avoid Soaking: Do not soak your tumbler for extended periods, as this may loosen adhesives or cause damage to custom designs.  

3. No Abrasive Cleaners: Stay away from harsh scrubbers, bleach, or abrasive cleaners to prevent scratches and damage.  

4. Not Microwave Safe: Tumblers are made of stainless steel and are not microwave-safe. Heating them in a microwave can cause serious damage.  

5. Avoid Extreme Heat: Do not place your tumbler in the oven, freezer, or expose it to direct flame. This may affect the insulation or warp the material.  

6. Dry Thoroughly: After washing, dry your tumbler completely to prevent moisture buildup or rust on metal parts.  

7. For Tumblers with Vinyl or Sublimated Designs

  • Handle with care to protect the design.
  • Do not pick or peel at vinyl decals.
  • Sublimated designs are permanent but still require gentle washing.  

8. Straw and Lid Care:

  • Hand wash lids and reusable straws after each use.
  • Check seals and gaskets regularly to ensure a tight fit and prevent leaks.  

Optional: For deep cleaning or stubborn stains, use a mixture of baking soda and vinegar, then rinse thoroughly.

Hand Washing is Best

  • Wash your mug by hand with warm water and a soft sponge or cloth.
  • Use mild dish soap—avoid harsh detergents or bleach that can fade or damage the design.
  • Do not use abrasive scrubbers, steel wool, or scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface and affect the print.

Avoid the Dishwasher

  • Dishwasher expose the mug to high heat and strong detergents, which can lead to fading or peeling of the sublimated design.
  • Handwashing helps maintain the design’s sharpness and color vibrancy.

Microwave Use

  • Occasional microwave use is fine, but frequent exposure to high heat can weaken the design over time.
  • If heating liquids in the mug, avoid overheating to prevent damage to the mug and design.

No Long Soaks: Do not leave your mug soaking in water for extended periods, as prolonged exposure can weaken the adhesive properties of the sublimation ink.

Temperature Safety: Your mug is designed for hot and cold beverages, but avoid rapid temperature changes (like pouring boiling water into a cold mug) to prevent cracking.
